Doug and Vicki have nearly 50 years of combined large corporate and
entrepreneurial business experience owning, operating, working in and
consulting with companies in multiple industries. They possess
significant experience in leadership, operations, sales and marketing,
consulting, finance and accounting, and business turnaround and
restructuring. They also possess a solid track record of business
improvement via hands on experience operating companies, and achieving
improved success consulting with and coaching their leadership.

Doug Payne has 35 years of business and financial experience. Doug earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in Aeronautical Engineering. He then went on the earn a MBA from The Ohio State University. (Sorry Longhorn fans!!)
His career has included working as for a large corporate bank in Chicago, running and own two businesses and managing Chief Financial Officers for a national financial services firm. Doug has worked with many business owners to solve problems, improve production and enhance sales. He is well qualified to hep you with your business needs.
